Casall is committed to quality apparel and service. If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, return your item within 10 days for a full refund, less shipping costs. Your refund will be credited to your account within 2 billing cycles. If you require an exchange, your order will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the original merchandise. Please use all original packaging and return label included on your invoice. If you need to return an item or items AND want to re-order the same item or items in a different size or color, we will offer you FREE SHIPPING on your replacement order.
